Robert DeBolt - Managing Director
BOB DEBOLT born and raised in North Philadelphia and was awarded a scholarship to the prestigious WM Penn Charter Prep School. After graduating in 1976 Mr. DeBolt attended Temple University and West Chester University graduated with a dual major from St. Joseph’s University. His work tenure began as a City of Philadelphia police officer from 1980 to 1985 receiving 5 commendations for merit and valor. In 1988 Bob opened a successful chain of fitness training centers though out the North East earning himself the distinguished “Top 40 under 40 award” from the Philadelphia Business Journal. In 1997 Bob began to build his real estate empire. A top real estate mogul Bob has had his hand in successful development projects all across the North East, Philadelphia, New Jersey and Orlando Florida. Bob is also a serial entrepreneur having been an intricate part of countless successful businesses ventures over the past 20 years. Bob now a Managing Partner at Drexel Brothers brings his near 20 years of Residential and Commercial Real Estate wealth of knowledge and expertise to Drexel Brothers and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team.

Bob, a well-respected businessman and community leader, was named to the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business development panel in 2011. Sat on the St. Joseph’s University entrepreneurial board, selected as a top 100 CEO by Smart CEO magazine, selected by Philly Style Magazine as one of the 50 top “hot list” entrepreneurs as well as being a member of the Union League of Philadelphia. 

In his free time Bob enjoys powerlifting and from 1980 to 1991 was an accomplished and nationally ranked Powerlifter competing in over 60 competitions nationwide winning a silver medal at the 1986 San Jose California World Games, 2 national titles, 3 regional championships and 5 state titles. Bob, also having a passion for horseracing, owns 6 race horses and represents the United States Trotting Association Delaware Valley ownership program.
